Return & Refund Policy

At Dilly Dally With Lilli & Co., we want you to love every piece you receive. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Free of makeup, deodorant, or wear marks
  • Returned with original tags attached

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Accessories (including bags, pouches, hats, etc.)
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Limited or seasonal collections (including special drops)

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can make it right.
